○ Legal advice to ensure selection of the most appropriate form of doing business in Bulgaria (choice between the different types of trading companies, branch and representation office), drawing up all documents necessary for incorporation and any other related papers.

○ Consultancy services on the purchase or sales of property in the Republic of Bulgaria by foreign nationals. Provision of documents, inspection and analysis of the available documents. Preparation of title deeds, rendering assistance and/or representation before a Notary Public and government authorities or the bodies of the local administration.
